What we do
Four things, done thoroughly
Most clients start with one of these and add others as the business grows. We quote the job, not the hour — and if you’re not sure what you need, ring us and describe the problem.
Bookkeeping
Your day-to-day books kept up to date and reconciled, so you always know where the business really stands.
Payroll
Staff paid correctly and on time, with Single Touch Payroll, super and leave balances all handled behind it.
BAS and IAS lodgement
Activity statements prepared and lodged by a registered BAS agent, with the GST worked through before anything goes to the ATO.
Software setup and training
Xero or QuickBooks Online set up right from the start, and enough training that you are not afraid of it.

You get a person
You deal with the same people every time, and you can ring them — no call centre, no starting the story again from the beginning.
An office you can walk into
We’re in Traralgon, on Church Street. If it’s easier to bring a folder of paperwork in and talk it through in person, that is a normal way to work with us.
Registered BAS agent
We are registered with the Tax Practitioners Board. Your activity statements are prepared and lodged under a registered agent’s professional obligations.
Plain English
We’ll tell you what the numbers mean and what to do about them — no accounting vocabulary you have to go and look up.
Software
We work in Xero and QuickBooks Online
If you already use one, we’ll work in your file — live bank feeds, digital receipt capture, and a file we both see, so nothing waits for paperwork to change hands. If you’re still on spreadsheets, we’ll set you up and show you how to use it — see software setup and training.
Our platforms
We’re partners with every platform we run — Xero, QuickBooks Online, Employment Hero and Dext, with Hubdoc as part of Xero. Payroll, digital receipt capture and document collection, all feeding the same file.
Systems we work in
Plenty of our clients run their sales, rosters, jobs or stock somewhere else — MYOB and many more — and we work in your system, whatever it is. It stays your subscription and your data.
And the portals around them — super clearing houses, WorkSafe, state revenue offices, long service leave schemes, the ATO and ASIC. We’re in and out of these every week.

How it starts
1. A look and a conversation
Ring us and describe the problem in your own words. The first conversation takes about fifteen minutes and costs nothing.
2. A quote for the work
We look at the books, then quote the job — not the hour. If there’s catch-up to do, it’s quoted as its own piece.
3. A rhythm that fits
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, sized to what’s going through the business — and adjusted as it grows.
