Staff paid correctly and on time, with Single Touch Payroll, super and leave balances all handled behind it.
BAS and IAS lodgement
Activity statements prepared and lodged by a registered BAS agent, with the GST worked through before anything goes to the ATO.
Software setup and training
Xero or QuickBooks Online set up right from the start, and enough training that you are not afraid of it.
How we price it
We quote on the work, not by the hour, once we’ve seen what shape your records are in. So the first step is always a look and a conversation — free, and with no obligation at the end of it.
Software
We work in Xero and QuickBooks Online. If you already use one, we work in your file — it stays your subscription and your data. If you don’t use anything yet, that is what software setup and trainingis for.
Our platforms
We’re partners with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Employment Hero and Dext — and Hubdoc is part of Xero, so that partnership covers the lot.
Systems we work in
Field service, inventory, rosters, point of sale, payments — and MYOB files too. If your business runs on it, we already know our way around it.
And the portals around them — super clearing houses, WorkSafe, state revenue offices, long service leave schemes, the ATO and ASIC. We’re in and out of these every week.
Working with your accountant
We’re BAS agents, not tax agents — your accountant does the income tax, and we keep the books clean and the activity statements handled through the year. We already work alongside accountants in Gippsland and everywhere else, and we’re happy to deal with yours directly so you’re not the messenger. Most accountants are pleased to see us arrive: a reconciled file at year end is cheaper for you and easier for them.
