This page is for existing clients. It is where you’ll find the secure tools we use for getting documents from you.

Secure client upload

Use this form to send us documents securely. It goes straight to our team, not to an email inbox, so it’s the right way to send anything sensitive.

If the form doesn’t load, ring us and we’ll give you another way to send it.

Sending us documents securely

If you need to get something to us and you are not sure of the safe way to do it:

• Email is fine for ordinary paperwork — invoices, statements, receipts, anything you would be comfortable putting in the post.
• Do not email a tax file number. Not yours and not an employee’s. Use the secure upload form above instead, or ring us if you’d rather. This is not us being precious: a TFN in an email inbox is a genuine risk to the person it belongs to, and we are required to treat it that way.
• Bank logins and passwords: never. We will never ask you for a password to your own bank, and anybody who does — including anybody appearing to be us — is not to be trusted. Access to your accounting file is arranged through the software itself, where you can see exactly what we have been given and withdraw it whenever you like.

If something arrives claiming to be from us and asks you to log in somewhere or change payment details, stop and ring us on the number in the footer of this page. We would much rather take a call about a message that turns out to be genuine than find out afterwards.
